7 Day Challenge

Welcome to the 7 Day Challenge Please Watch


 

Start Here:

Day 1:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Figure out what your BMR is and stick within those calories for the next 7 days.

* Emotional Goal: Write down 3 things you are thankful today!

 

BMR = how many calories you should eat each day. Follow this link to find yous. http://www.exercise4weightloss.com/bmr-calculator.html

 


 

Day 2:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Drink 64 oz of Water

* Emotional Goal: Write down 3 things you are awesome at.

 


 

Day 3:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Make sure half of each meal is veggies

* Emotional Goal: Write down 3 goals you will accomplish in 3 weeks 

 


 

Day 4:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Make lunch your largest meal of the day

* Emotional Goal: Do something above and beyond for someone you love today 

 


 

Day 5:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Eat dinner before 8:00pm

* Emotional Goal: Spend at least 10 minutes doing some form of meditation  

 


 

Day 6:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Eat within 30 minutes of waking up

* Emotional Goal: Write down 3 things you are thankful for

 


 

Day 7:

* Exercise Goal: Complete 5 minute workout

* Food Goal: Write out a food menu for the next week

* Emotional Goal: Write down how the 7 day challenge has changed your day
